Saints Alvin Kamara agrees to two-year contract extension at $24.5M, NFL says

Any signs of Kamara "slowing down" has not shown itself this season, as he has nearly 700 total yards and seven touchdowns through seven games.

NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Saints and running back Alvin Kamara agreed on a two-year contract extension, according to the NFL on Tuesday. His contract extension is $24.5 million, which puts him through the 2026 football season.

Throughout any contract holdouts or rumors of tension with the Saints this offseason, Kamara's message has been clear, he wants to be Who-Dat for life.

According to the NFL, "NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported that the deal includes over $22 million guaranteed and the $1.5 million in incentives makes it worth up to $26 million."
