HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The UAH men's basketball team will now have to wait to start their season, after their season opener against Mississippi College was cancelled.
The men were set to host Mississippi College both Friday and Saturday night, but according to the Gulf South Conference the game will be postponed due to a positive covid-19 test.
There is no make up dates at this time. The Chargers next game will be at Union December 18-19.
The men are actively searching for a last minute opponent for this upcoming weekend.
The women will still travel to Mississippi College for a weekend matchup tomorrow night.
