HARTSELLE, Ala. — Both lanes of Alabama 36 at the railroad crossing in Hartselle will be closed starting at 8 p.m. on September 8 to 8 p.m. on September 10.
These closures will affect through traffic between U.S. 31 and I-65. The official detour for commercial traffic is I-65 to Exit 334 to AL 67 to U.S. 31 and vice versa.
Additionally, the Alabama Department of Transportation has a contractor paving AL 36 between the railroad and I-65, so delays should be expected in that area during the daytime.
