HUNTSVILLE, Ala — It’s that time of year once again! Seems like we just got out of Winter, but now we’re closing out April and that means Panoply will return to Big Spring Park. This year Panoply will take place April 28– 30, 2023. That’s this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
There is a curse associated with Panoply. I’m sure anyone that regularly attends the annual event can fill you in. No matter what it is almost always 100% necessary that you carry an umbrella with you all weekend. Word of mouth and even history seem to say that it will rain at least a little bit at some point during the weekend. That is the topic of today’s blog.

Since 2009 there have only been two totally dry Panoply weekends. We can say three if we include 2020 in the mix. Scattered showers are in the forecast as we approach Panoply 2022.
