HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Health experts warn us to be careful as we visit different places.
Some of the riskiest places include places where you are in large crowds and in close contact with people for a long time.
A low risk area would be around people outside, and not in close proximity.
Infectious disease specialist with Huntsville Hospital, Dr. Ali Hassoun, MD, says it really just depends on the place and circumstances.
"The most important factor to think about would be how long they've been in contact, how far apart are they in close contact for a long time, and have they had a mask on or not, if they're in close contact, and any of them have been sick or not," says Hassoun.
Experts encourage people to wear their masks if they can't avoid close contact.
