HUNTSVILLE, Ala — Governor Kay Ivey is urging folks to continue to follow social distancing guidelines.
The guidelines were extended to April 30th by President Trump.
The governor says it's important to avoid interactions with people as much as possible.
"Folks don't get out, if you don't have to. Take-out or order in if that's available where you live, and if not, don't hesitate to let a friend or neighbor or someone from church, or work - help you get the groceries the medicine or supplies you need," says Ivey.
Ivey also encourages people to limit the number of guests while social distancing at home.
