MADISON COUNTY, ALABAMA, Ala. — The Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville wants to bring non-profit organizations in Madison County together for a virtual town hall to discuss local needs non-profits are now facing amid the coronavirus pandemic. Many non-profits in the valley are working over time to help meet the needs of locals who are struggling as a result of being impacted by COVID-19. The idea is to bring non-profits together virtually to support one another, share ideas, and brainstorm ways local non-profits can best respond to the communities' needs amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The non-profit is holding the meeting via Zoom, where folks can meet for the video meeting right from home. During the meeting, attendees will discuss community needs during the COVID-19 crisis as well as related challenges such as employee safety, decreased donations, canceled fundraisers, etc.

The online meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th at 10AM.

The Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville's mission is to improve the quality of life in the community through philanthropy.
