14th annual light show coming back to Bridge Street Town Centre

The Lights Up holiday lighting event kicks off on Friday, November 17 from 4:30 – 7 p.m. at the north end of the center near Cinemark.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Get ready to get into the holiday spirit! Bridge Street Town Centre is hosting its 14th annual Lights Up holiday lighting event on Friday, November 17 from 4:30 – 7 p.m. at the north end of the center near Cinemark. This event is a free holiday experience for the Huntsville-Madison community to enjoy with friends and family. 

This year’s event will include live music from local band Big Daddy Kingfish starting at 4:30 p.m. There will also be strolling Victorian caroler and a special appearance by Santa with Mrs. Claus. Some of the main features are the 45-foot Christmas tree lighting at 6:45 p.m. Wrapping up with the Bridge Street Town Centre’s Holiday Light Show at 7 p.m. 

“It is always such a pleasure to be able to bring this magical experience to Huntsville and the surrounding areas,” said Haley Buie, marketing manager for Bridge Street Town Centre. “We are so excited for our local partnerships that will make this year bigger and better than ever!” 

After the festivities, people can enjoy shopping and dining at over 75 retailers and restaurants. There will also be train rides on the Bridge Street Express and free carousel rides throughout the evening. For more information, you can visit here.
