DANVILLE, Alabama — UPDATE: Decatur Police say that triple murder suspect Carson Ray Peters has been arrested and is in the custody of the Decatur Police Department.
Peters turned himself in to U.S. Marshals at Decatur's River Walk Marina.
April Hanner has been arrested in Piedmont, Alabama and is being charged with hindering prosecution in the first degree.

Police identified the victims as 55-year-old James Edward Miller of Lacey’s Springs, 54-year-old Teresa Lynn Peters of Danville, and 50-year-old Tammy Renee Smith of Danville. Miller was the boyfriend of Tammy Smith.
The fourth victim, Mary Kennedy, mother of Teresa and Tammy, is currently in stable condition at Huntsville Hospital, where she is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities believe the shooting was a domestic situation. The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Aviation Unit, Priceville Police Department, and the Trinity Police Department have all been part of the investigation.
WZDX News spoke with neighbors who knew both the suspect, Carson Peters, and the victims. They chose not to go on camera. However, a friend to the victims' relative says they're shocked by the triple murder.
Another neighbor, Lydia Easterly, says she knew Peters for 12 years.
Easterly says "Something must have triggered him, because it's just not like him." Easterly described him as 'good with kids', and 'always kind'.
Authorities believe the shooting was a domestic situation. The Decatur Police Department is handling the case, with Morgan County Sheriff's Office, and ALEA assisting.

While the suspects may have left the Danville area, residents are still asked to be on the lookout for the pair.
Carson Ray Peters is 5'7", 190lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. April Hanner is 4'11", 110lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes, and thought to be Peters's significant other.
There are now active warrants for Hanner's arrest, as she is believed to be actively helping Peters elude law enforcement.
They may be driving a black 2013 Chevolet 1500 pickup, AL tag 52GL447.
Peters has three capital murder warrants out for his arrest.
