Alabama A&M waiving SAT, ACT requirements

High schoolers applying for admission will have test requirements waived due to COVID-19 pandemic.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Alabama A&M made a bug announcement that should have some high school seniors breathing easier.

The school says it is waiving the SAT and ACT requirements for high schoolers applying for the fall 2020 semester. This is because many high school seniors cannot take the test due to COVID-19 restrictions.

University leaders say the waiver will not impact students' financial aid.
