The tournament is a good way to get veterans and community members together.

President of Bearded Warriors, Ty Oswald, said, "Everybody talks about how do I connect with someone in the military if I've never been in. You can connect over golf or cars or sports and all those different topics to find a common ground, and then eventually if the conversation goes to their military time, they'll be more comfortable talking to anybody if they already know that they have some commonalities."

It's $150 for an individual golfer. That includes dinner and a swag bag. For four golfers, it's $500. That includes dinners and swag bags.

They are also selling unlimited beer wristbands for $40.
