HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has investigated a workplace incident at Huntsville Granite & Marble LLC that resulted in the death of a 32-year-old employee, John Hopper, on March 27, 2024.

According to Don Webster of Huntsville Emergency Medical Services, Hopper was killed when granite slabs fell on him at the company's facility located at 11309 South Memorial Parkway.
