ALBERTVILLE, Ala. — Two teenagers killed in a tragic single-vehicle crash have been identified.

The crash happened on Arley Lacey Road in Albertville. GoFundMe pages created by family members confirm that 15-year-old Jovana Garcia Morales and 13-year-old Tamy Carmelo were killed in the wreck on Nov. 20.

Both were students at Albertville City Schools and lost their lives when the car they were in left the roadway, striking a tree stump, a signpost, and a fence.

A graveside service for Garcia Morales will be held Monday, Nov. 25, at 11 a.m. at Memory Hill Cemetery.

The crash involved four teenagers in a 2015 Nissan Altima. The driver, 18-year-old Yeismin Ramirez, now faces multiple charges, including two counts of vehicular manslaughter and two counts of first-degree assault.
