Havoc fans are the real MVPs behind sellout streak

Since the 2015-16 season, the Havoc team has consistently led the league in attendance, with more than 4,000 season ticket holders this year.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The Huntsville Havoc have continued to lead the way in fan support and success, with a home-game sellout streak that began on December 26, 2023, and now spans 22 games.

This streak shows the loyalty of Huntsville’s fans, who have created an electrifying atmosphere at the Von Braun Center (VBC), earning the venue a reputation as one of the most exciting in the league.

Since the 2015-16 season, the Havoc have consistently topped attendance figures. This year, the team hit a major milestone, surpassing 4,000 season ticket holders.

The sellout streak has contributed to the team’s strong performance, with a 14-5-3 record during this stretch.

Team captain Dom Procopio described the experience of playing in front of packed stands, saying, “Half the time you can’t hear yourself think out there. It’s what makes the VBC the best place to play in the league.”

The success on the ice is matched by the impact off the ice, as Havoc fans have shown their dedication through charity nights, such as Melissa George Night and Military Night, which set new fundraising records.

Looking ahead, the Havoc are preparing for more events, including Mighty Havoc Night and a November schedule packed with themed nights, such as Grateful Dead Night, the Thanksgiving Teddy Bear Toss, and Star Wars Night.
