DECATUR, Ala. — Due to the ongoing precautions the City of Decatur is taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Concerts by the River Series has been postponed for the month of June.
City officials are still hoping they can restart the free music series in July. It's sponsored by the City of Decatur Parks and Recreation Department and funded by grants and donations.
Concerts are full of entertainment for the whole family. They take place in Rhodes Ferry Park on the banks of the Tennessee River on Mondays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
Decatur Parks and Recreation officials say they'll update with the rescheduling of performances. So, stay tuned.
