Jane Haithcock of Liberty Middle School is the Valley's Top Teacher

Mrs. Haithcock teaches at Liberty Middle School.

MADISON, Ala. — Congratulations to Jane Haithcock of Liberty Middle School in Madison for being chosen as the Valley's Top Teacher.

She was nominated by one of her students, Grace Greenfield. Grace says,
"Mrs. Haithcock deserves to be Valley’s top teacher more than anyone I’ve met!!! If I could, I would nominate her to be the best teacher in the world. I am a student in her ELA class and I look forward to going every single day. Her way of teaching connects everything to real-life experiences. Her label is an English teacher, but she really teaches us all about how to be a better person. She understands the way kids my age think, and is able to connect to us so we always take something away. She changes the world one student at a time and puts so much hope in our generation."

"One thing that really stands out for me for Mrs. Haithcock is that she's always there for you," student Arden Sindeo said. "If you're at your lowest point she just knows how to make it better."
